Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept your exchange of UNWORN merchandise within 7 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are always free— complete the form below and follow the instructions to receive exchange documentation.

Hush Puppies has the right to refuse all forms of transactions, sales and shipments that will occur, have occurred, or have been in the hands of the customer if an irregularity is found in the transaction or abuse of the terms and conditions of the transaction or promotion issued by Hush Puppies..


Exchange are accepted if you notify us via email and return the item to us within 7 days of receipt in exchange for product or credit point. Face Mask, Underwear, and Shoe Care cannot be exchange. Returned item without notification will not be accepted.

Item exchanged shall not be done in any of HUSH PUPPIES boutiques or counters. You are required to return the item via shipping only. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and receipt.

Include your copy of receipt in the returned parcel, ensuring your return authorisation reference number is clearly written on the receipt. Any returned item that is not accompanied by an official return reference number will not be accepted. We cannot be responsible for goods lost or damage in transit. We offer free return with the use of our courier partner within Indonesia only.

Cash Refunds are given if there is no other choice but to return the same product or credit point. And the process for a cash refund will take a maximum of 14 working days since all data and supporting documents have been received by us.

Once we have received your returned parcel, we shall notify you via your registered email. After we have received and verified the returned item, we would proceed to exchange the product or give credit point the specific amount into your account within 14 days.

Return shipping
Please affix the returns address on the Customer Service Form to the outside of the shipping package. We will process the return if the returned item has been received by us.
If there are costs for the return process caused by 9to9 Indonesia due to the product received not being suitable, the product being defective, the size being different from what was ordered, and the product being damaged when received. Then we will cover shipping costs with a maximum of Rp. 30,000 which will be put into credit points in the customer's account.
